Our client, an innovative, experiential company based in London are now looking for a Project Manager responsible for all Projects and Deliveries managed by the UK office. You'll also be engaging with the team Globally as well as with clients and suppliers, anticipating and recognising what is required to deliver projects successfully.

Based on your in-depth knowledge of Project Management and Production, you will be able to make business decisions and recommendations to drive efficiency and allow the business to scale. You will lead support, project and product delivery operations, ensuring that their products and solutions exceed their client’s expectations. You will be responsible for recruiting and overseeing these functions as the business grows.

Description:

​

  • Manage the day-to-day Delivery of projects, from assisting account managers, scoping / programming project scheduling to final delivery, and ensuring first class delivery from initiation to installation

  • Overall financial management of Projects, including raising POs and ensuring necessary approval, payments are made to suppliers based on pre-agreed terms, managing alignment of project scope and budget, undertaking invoicing for projects

  • Present weekly financial project report (budget, profit margin), key blockers and what needs to be done to ensure efficient and successful delivery

  • Present and review monthly financial reports with MD to ensure we are on track to deliver profit margin

  • Maintain supplier relationships across all areas of the business, negotiate pricing and payment terms (Corian, Flooring, Hardware, Components, Logistics, Installation Crew etc.)

  • Manage regional service and support function and quarterly maintenance works, ensuring our SLAs are being met

  • Improve ways of working to drive efficient delivery

Skills & Experience:

​

  • Exceptional written, verbal communication and organisation skills, able to prioritise

  • Experience in successfully leading design & construct projects or product delivery/installation projects

  • Proven experience in proactively running end-to-end projects, working from planning to the successful execution of projects

  • Accomplished user of Microsoft Office and Project Professional

  • Driven to succeed, with a passion for innovation, digital and interactive technologies

  • Must be able to demonstrate a track record of successful and profitable delivery

  • Ability to manage and prioritise a complex and varied workload
